  1. While not part of any of the studies mentioned, I can also say this…drinking good, quality, non-filtered wines, beers, ciders and meads with yeast still in suspension is probably preferred over, say, Budweiser or Jager-bombs.

    Part of the reason is that alcohol attacks Vitamins B & C…and non-filtered yeast-based alcohols have, well, yeast in them, which has lots of great Vitamin B & C content.
