E-Learning Application Specialist, Marquette University, Milwaukee, WI 2002-present
Train hundreds of faculty in the pedagogically sound use of e-learning tools including Blackboard and Desire2Learn; administrate and support the online course management system; consult on technology and learning issues in the Center for Teaching and Learning, focusing on faculty development and training; teach undergraduates, graduate students and faculty in the use of multimedia technology.

Academic Computer Consultant, Marquette University College of Comm, Milwaukee, WI 2000-2002
Facilitated the transition from analog to digital video editing and from film to fully digital photography. Created two new state-of-the-art computer labs. Served on the university Training and Professional Development Council, greatly expanding the faculty development offerings to the Marquette faculty. Provided day-to-day desk-top support and file server administration.

Academic Computer Consultant, Marquette University School of Dentistry, Milwaukee, WI 1998-2000
Established new ties between IT Services and the School of Dentistry, facilitated an enterprise-wide platform switch, installed over 90 workstations providing user training and support, helped orchestrate a mass-migration to the university e-mail system. Provided day-to-day desktop support and email server administration.

Curriculum development and delivery of a five-week course on digital filmmaking for diverse high school juniors. Course taught over summer of 2002 and 2003.

“Digital video editing” (2005) (With G. Jon Pray) Taught and developed curriculum for this 3-hour training session on how to edit digital video using iMovie and Movie Maker software.

“Introduction to BlackBoard” (2002-2004) Taught and developed curriculum for this 3-hour training session on how to utilize this online learning environment for the teaching of undergraduate and graduate courses.
